Smart Order Hub – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Smart Order Hub platform and associated services provided by Smart Order Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up for and using our services, you (“the Partner”, “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Smart Order Hub provides hosted online ordering websites for food businesses. Each site is set up under a subdomain of smartorderhub.io (e.g., yourbusiness.smartorderhub.io).

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. No compensation is available for downtime of any length, and this is entirely at our discretion.

3. Partner Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your menu, pricing, availability, and business information.
• You agree to process orders received through your site in a timely and professional manner.
• You may reject any order at your discretion, but consistent refusal of orders may impact customer trust and future service eligibility.

4. Payments and Fees

• A setup fee is charged to create your website.
• An ongoing commission is deducted from each order placed through your site.
• A customer-facing service charge is added to cover our service costs.
• Failure to pay invoices or settle commission balances will result in your website being taken offline and your access to the backend system revoked.

5. Liability

• We do not accept liability for any loss of business, revenue, or data due to website downtime, order issues, or customer disputes.
• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the fulfilment of orders or disputes arising from your business operations.
• We are only responsible for the technical provision of the ordering system and service charges billed through it.

6. Data and Privacy

• We store end-customer data for the purpose of order processing and system operation. This data is not shared with any third parties.
• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Cookies and analytics tracking (including Google Analytics) are used across all Smart Order Hub websites for performance and improvement purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and systems provided by Smart Order Hub remain our intellectual property. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the system without express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to non-payment or abuse of the system.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
